Ipplepen Brides
When we are going through the archive photos we sometimes have very little information. However, clothes are often an indicator of the period when the photo was taken. Wedding photographs are great for this. People have their best clothes on and these can be better indicators than working clothes, which did tend to look the same for many years. Of course, hair styles are a big give away. I think we all know what era a mullet would come from.
Here at the archive we have very few wedding photos although we have been given some more recent ones. But we really would like some more. So, come on Ipplepen Brides – send us your photos. You can email them to Ipplepenlhg@gmail.com or if you can’t scan them we can do that for you. Thanks
